NDE (Near Death Experience)

Many researchers all over the world focus their attention on the evaluation of NDE’s (Near Death Experiences) or Pre-Death Experiences.

These conditions take place in patients who are considered clinically dead with absent cardiac and brain activity.

Some of these individuals have returned to life and described in details various events that took place after their death as seen from the outside. Some have spoken of what happened in the operating room after their departure from their bodies, others have described visions of tunnels, the perception of becoming part of a blinding light and reports of encounters with family members or angels.

Regressive Hypnosis can facilitate the digging out of memories of near death experiences in this or in past lives.

I remember one of the many Regressive Hypnosis sessions in which a patient was able to recall in details a pre-death experience that occurred in a previous life: he identified himself with a Roman warrior who was struck by a spear and, before returning to his wounded body, experienced perceptions of light and colors, as well as encountering family members and a sense of bliss often described in literature on the subject.

In the cases in which the patient returns to his body after a NDE caused by an accident or trauma, the return to a normal condition may be painful.

In another case I treated, a woman, while in regressive hypnosis, described a Pre Death Experience in which she observed the doctors attempting to cure her body after a severe anaphylactic shock. She reported feeling attracted by a radiant vortex. She had been taken away by a tunnel of light she described as “palpable” and “nourishing” and felt determined not to return.

Re-living pre death experiences while in a state of hypnotic trance, is quite therapeutic and pacifying spiritually.

Overcoming doubts and the fear of death is the principal achievement, the most gratifying gift of light our thirsty souls can desire.

History:

The studies conducted by Raymond A. Moody, Frankl and Potzel and Elizabeth Kubler-Ross’s wonderful professional and human development are, without a doubt, the first essential contribution to the study of pre-death experiences and to the counselling of terminal patients.

“Lancet”, a world renown publication, published in 2001 a study conducted by dutch researcher Pin Van Lommel and his collaborators in which a first large-scale scientific protocol on the evaluation of NDE (on 344 patients) was issued.

Melvin Morse, who collaborated with Moody, is another important researcher that ventures rigorously in the field of the evaluation of pre-death experiences.
