PSYCHOTHERAPY OF THE SOUL

Dear Friends,

A new term is born: Psychotherapy of the Soul.

What do I mean by that? What is this therapy like?

I find it reductive to think that our inner world ends where our overworked reason begins.

Attempting to cure a rational mind with a rational mind, we will not obtain a great result. There is another, more hidden area we seldom use to cure ourselves: our soul.

Our mind is the “illness to be cured”, we must not think that by merely analyzing it, pigeonholing its thoughts and dividing the various mental disorders the mind itself can be lead to a cure.

Dwelling exclusively in the domains of the mind, we will certainly not be able to free ourselves of the “weight” we all have in our skulls. Too many thoughts, desires, too much pain swims like a fish in our mental ocean.

Our Soul does not know math, grammar, science; it does not believe in any religion instead of another. Our soul lives inside the One, in the blue waters of the Great Beyond.

How can we overcome the dictatorship of our own mind?

As I was being given birth, fifty-four years ago, I had a NDE (Near Death Experience): the umbilical chord was wrapped around my neck and was choking me. I made it through and I remember the marvellous light I saw in the Beyond; I still feel that only part of me has retuned from there. From that time on, my consciousness is not fully on Earth, as can be deduced by my being distracted in everyday life: I am capable of losing my keys in my own pockets….

I treat every patient of mine with Psychotherapy of the Soul; it is not the mind curing the mind; it is the soul curing the mind. It is One, the Great Seer we each harbour inside ourselves that cures suffering and pain of separation; this saved soul can regenerate and re-harmonize our mind and body.

We then fall into a trance to “wake up” and we lose rational consciousness in order to acquire spiritual elevation.

We then enter a trance to let the soul cure our reason.

While in therapy, we gain consciousness of our responsibility and of the fact that our destiny is made by our every step. As Socrates said: We already have it all, we just have to understand we have it.

In reality, all is perfect and pain for its own sake does not exist if not as a stimulus for individual redemption.

The One we are is awaiting us in the Beyond and it is the most loving of mothers, the most valuable resource to cure ourselves.
What are therapists for if we have the potential to solve our own problems?

A therapist is a companion to the patient that guides him/her and is also cured in the process. No therapist should be seen as a Master, but a mere guide. A good guide is one that has already overcome his/her own paranoia and egotistical limits. .

A guide should only take you by the hand and point you in the right direction to find the Love already within you.

Previous lives encountered in regressive hypnosis are useful to understand that Psychotherapy of the Soul does not take place in a single existence; we have several chances to reach the consciousness of the One.

Let’s not leave the patient’s souls in the waiting room because an evolving soul is the best doctor for our presumptuous and pained mind.
