FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What is regressive hypnosis?

It is a technique that can be used as part of psychotherapy which allows researching the causes of present conflicts in the realm of the unconscious. By uncovering forgotten conflicts often found in previous lives, it is possible to regain psychological and spiritual balance.

How does regressive hypnosis work?

The patient is brought to a hypnotic trance in order to investigate inside his/ her unconscious. Inner conflicts that emerged during a previous interview are then researched in order to uncover its karmic roots. Once the problem is spotted, its disturbing energy is released in a manner similar to bursting a balloon; it is therefore essential to know where this balloon is, how thick it is and how strong the burst will be.

What does it mean to “research the karmic roots of the problem”?

Karma is a cause/effect rule according to which the negative acts carried out during a previous life always reappear to cause problems. It is like a boomerang that returns towards you after being thrown. Regressive hypnosis can help intercept the boomerang before it hits you and can help you to avoid launching it again. Researching the karmic roots of a problem therefore involves not only understanding the problem and analyzing it but also solving it by digging in previous lives.
